Before you read the details below, here is the short version: The Fleet Traffic Light Policy gives students clear Red, Yellow, and Green rules for how to use AI ethically in every assignment. Unverified AI copy-pasting is prohibited (Red), P-T-C-F prompting with a 150-word SSoT audit is our standard (Yellow), and simulator self-testing is encouraged (Green). Students never have to guess what is allowed—every syllabus and assignment spells out the exact rules and triple-hash delimiter format.

In the EXW curriculum, students never type vague one-line questions into an AI tool. Under the Centaur Protocol, the student acts as the Architect/Pilot by engineering a structured P-T-C-F Prompt before auditing the AI output against federal guidelines:

  • Persona (P): The clinical identity, role, or specialist perspective you ask the AI to adopt (e.g., “Act as an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist at the AWC Matador Wellness Center” or “Behave as a Registered Sports Dietitian applying the 2025–2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans”).
